Tom Watson Wins The Senior Open Championship at Muirfield Golf Links

Five times British Open Champion took a trip down memory lane in winning The Senior Open Championship at Muirfield Golf Links today.

Watson shot a final round 73 for a 4 round level par total of 284 to finish one stroke ahead of fellow-American Mark O’Meara and Australian Stewart Ginn who were tied for runner-up position.

    Guys, could not agree more - as Wayne said “way to go Tom Watson!” Sure this made up for disappointment of the US Seniors back nine collapse!!! Great to see Tom covering over to Scotland yet again & he takes the time to play different links courses on each trip. The Ed.

    watched the TV coverage and he did have a small wobble at the end but he got over the finishing line

    Muirfield looked in great condition and the rough was severe
