Tiger Woods Roars to Top of Leaderboard at Dubai Desert Classic

Tiger Woods looked in fine form as he looked to extend his run of winning form, following on from victory in last weekend’s PGA Tour Buick Invitational.

Woods is currently top off the leaderboard at -5 through 14 holes. (GMT 0810 hours)

 

Sweden’s Pelle Edberg opened with a five under par score of 67 and is leader in the clubhouse.

 

Wood’s playing partner Colin Montgomerie made a good start to try and get back into the top 50 in the World and was -4 through 14 holes.

 

There were a number of players still to finish their rounds with approximately 20 players under par in the clubhouse or still out on the course.
