Scene is set whereby we have Jack Nicklaus nearing the end of his career, and it being a while since he had been in contention in a major. He needs to finish well to win. He has a five iron, not a short iron in his hand. Water hazard up the left. What does he do? I feel he reverts to natural instincts, goes through his normal shot routine and very positively decides to knock the flag out - it just does not get any better than this under immense pressure!
