Jurrian Van Der Vaart leads after 36 holes of 2008 European Men’s Individual Amateur Golf Championship at Esbjerg Golf Club, Denmark

Virginia Tech NCAA All-American Golf Student Jurrian Van Der Vaart from the Netherlands (pictured below) leads after 36 holes of the 2008 European Men’s Individual Amateur Golf Championship at Esbjerg Golf Club, Denmark.

The Dutchman posted scoreds of 69 and 67 for six-under-par 136 and a three-stroke lead from Germany’s Sean Einhaus.

England’s Luke Goddard, the first round leader, is in third place on 140 with 68 and 72.
