John Daly’s wife denies stealing his mobile phone

The John Daly divorce case reached new levels of ‘washing their dirty linen in public’ when his estranged wife, Sherrie Daly, says she did not steal the pro golfer’s cell phone.

Sherrie Daly who lives in Germantown, Tennessee, was recently freed on a $500 bond after being accused of stealing the phone from the golfer’s tour bus in June. The bus was parked behind the John Daly Bar & Grill in the north Mississippi city of Olive Branch.

A court date is set for October 9.
