Tiger Woods Signature Course set for Punta Brava, Mexico

Tiger Woods is putting his name to the ambitious Punta Brava project on the Baja coast of Mexico, south of Ensenada.

Punta Brava will offer for sale approximately 125 homes and lots priced at $3 million and upwards, as well as an 18-hole golf course designed by Woods’ company. Scheduled to break ground next year, the project won’t be affected by the financial woes in the U.S.A.

It is planned that golfers will see the ocean from all the 18 holes and the rugged coastline of northern Baja, which is easily accessible from San Diego, California, is attracting large amounts of development dollars, including a Donald Trump project.

Punta Brava represents only the third announced project for Tiger Woods and his first oceanfront course.
