Hennie Otto wins European Tour 2008 Italian open

31 year old South African Hennie Otto (pictured below) finally landed his first European Tour title yesterday after a three under par final round of 69 at Castello di Tolcinasco,  Milan.

16-year-old Pedro Figueiredo, the Portuguese Mens Champion (pictured below) shot a 10-under-par total of 278 to give him a seven-stroke victory over some of the best amateurs in Europe on his way to winning the 2008 Irish Mens Open Championship.

This victory will significantly improve Pedro’s mens world amateur ranking with Keir McNicoll from Carnoustie finishing a distant tied second.

European Tour Players Scott Henderson and Martin Gray win Tartan Tour Scotscraig Pro-Am
