Entries are invited for this 18-hole Stableford competition to be played over the Jubilee Course on Saturday 12 July. England’s women shone again on the second day of The Ashes match at Moonah Links in Victoria – but they couldn’t prevent an Australian victory. The Australians scored a one-point win in the two-day, mixed contest and claimed their second Ashes victory.

Breanne Loucks wins coveted double at South African Amateur Championship

Welsh golf star, Breanne Loucks, winner of the 2008 South African Womens Strokeplay Championship beat Monique Smit on the 35th hole in the final of the 2008 Matchplay tournament, fought over 36-Holes, at Royal Johannesburg & Kensington East Course.

Loucks had a fight on her hands as Smit, having been selected to represent South Africa at the All Africa Challenge Trophy to be played at Katameya Heights, Egypt, was not going to let go easily.

Breanne Loucks wins Sanlam South African Women’s Amateur Strokeplay Golf Championship

20 year old, Welsh golf star, Breanne Loucks, a Curtis Cup team member conquered the Sanlam South African Women’s Amateur Golf Championship with 69 on the final day and 213 for the tournament, six shots ahead of her nearest rival.
