Lotta Wahlin wins inaugural Garanti American Express Turkish Ladies’ Open

24 year old Lotta Wahlin (pictured below) won the inaugural Ladies European Tour Garanti American Express Turkish Ladies’ Open at the National Golf Club, Antalya.

The Swede posted scores of 71, 71, 73 & 70 to win by twelve strokes with a seven under par total of 285.

Spaniard Tania Elosegui took a one stroke lead after the first round of the Catalonia Ladies 2008 at Emporda Golf Club near Girona.

Playing in a Pro Am format, the 26-year-old third year Tour player from San Sebastien carded an individual score of four-under-par 67.
