Sky Sports confirm exclusive coverage of the Curtis Cup Match at St Andrews Old Course

Sky Sports have confirmed exclusive coverage of the ticket only Curtis Cup Match. The best women amateur golfers from Great Britain & Ireland and the USA will compete for this prestigious title over the Old Course, St Andrews, from 30 May to 1 June.
The previous major ladies event held at St Andrews was last years Ladies British Open and below World Number 1 Lorena Ochoa from Mexico is pictured above at the last hole.

Greg Norman to return to the PGA Tour at the AT&T Classic, Sugerloaf after long absence

Golf legend Greg Norman didn’t make a single start on the PGA TOUR last season. His only appearance the year before occurred at THE INTERNATIONAL, where he missed the cut.

Rachel Jennings tops matchplay qualifiers at English Ladies Close Amateur Golf Championship

French Lady Junior Champion Rachel Jennings (pictured below) led the matchplay qualifiers at the 2008 English Ladies Close Amateur Golf Championship at Ganton Golf Club with a +5 total of 149.
Jennings was closely followed by fellow English internationalists Naomi Edwards, Liz Bennett and Rachel Connor.
