The 2010 U.S. Junior Amateur has reached thequarter-final stage at Egypt Valley Country Club and some of the pre-tournament favourites have been defeated in the rounds of 32 and 16.

Defending champion Jordan Spieth, Strokeplay Medallist Curtis Thompson and Emiliano Grillo were all defeated yesterday.

So now, the big question is: Who’s the best of the rest? All signs point to Justin Thomas, Anthony Paolucci, Gavin Hall and Denny McCarthy. all will be revealed over the weekend.
