Abbey Gittings wins 2011 Lady Otter Spring Invitational College Golf Tournament

Abbey Gittings from Staffordshire, England, a student at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has recorded her first women's college golf tournament win on the US college golf circuit.

Abbey, three times ladies golf county champion, fired a pair of level par, 73s for a winning total of even par, 146 at the 5,810 yard Black Horse Golf Club, Monterey, California, USA, to win by 1 shot.
Abbey's team-mates Sandra Changkija was runner-up and Nova Southeastern University Ladies Golf Team won their third consecutive college golf team title.
The pictured Nova Southeastern University Ladies Golf Team (597) won the team title ahead of CSU-Monterey Bay Ladies Golf Team (614).
