Action from Gary Player vs Graham Marsh in 1973 World Matchplay Final

A blast from the past - some video footage of the legendary Gary Player vs Graham Marsh in the 1973 World Matchplay Final when this tournament was one of the most prestigious events to win.
Graham Marsh was the finest Australian golfer of his generation great player with 65 professional wins on the US PGA Tour, Asian Tour, Australasia Tour, Champions Tour and European Tour. He was more than a handful on this occasion, with the Black Knight requiring 40 holes to record victory.
I can remember watching him have the luxury of hitting a ball out of bounds down the right hand side of the 18th on the Old Course at St Andrews and still winning comfortably at the 1973 Sunbeam Electric Scottish Open, which is showing my age - enjoy! The Editor, GolffbloggerUK
