2010 Curtis Cup Contender Stephanie Meadow of Ireland is lying T3 at the 2010 Verizon Junior Heritage on the Ocean Course at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Played in twenty mile-an-hour winds and cool temperatures, Stephanie Meadow and Sierra Sims are just one stroke off the lead at two-over-par, 74. Sims, a fourteen-year-old out of Texas, made herself at home in the wind playing a perfect seven iron on the 132 yard 11th hole to score her first hole -in-one.
Defending champion Alexis Thompson is tied up with last year's runner-up Laetitia Beck for the lead at one-over-par 73.
