Colin Brock from Glenrothes, the current Scottish Open Champion and Derek Milne of Upper Largo, the 2010 Order of Merit Champion, hold the top two slots on the Table and are closely followed by Jim
Gales of Springfield, a previous winner of both titles.  Not too far behind on points is Bob Drysdale of Tayport and willie McEwan of Glenrothes who are both fighting for places on the upcoming World Ryder Cup's, Scottish Squad.

The SDGP began their 2011 season at the Dukes Golf Course in St Andrews, then at Charleton Golf Club, before heading across the Forth to games at Pumpherston and Swanston Golf Clubs and already Player numbers at these events and at a Golf Training Day provided free to golfers in April at Wellsgreen Golf Academy near Kirkcaldy, total over 150 people.

Upcoming fixtures include games at: Alloa, Niddry Castle, Balmoral and Cochrane Castle Golf Clubs. A brand new two day golfing package, including golf, lessons and catering, organised in association
with Sense Scotland at the Cluny Golf Centre and St Michaels Golf Club near Leuchars, will be held in July.  All the SDGP's events and fixtures, which now total over two dozen each year, can be found at their website www.sdgp.co.uk.
