Tom Watson took the hump a little too literally at the European Tour Dubai Desert Masters event

60 year-old Tom Watson agreed to play in the European Tour Dubai Desert Classic, probably in part, because of some huge appearance fee that he was promised, but it was a truly magnificent performance once again to finish in the top-10.
I am a great believer in that 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do!' It was therefore great to see the eight-time golf major event winner and his wife Hilary took advantage by visiting the Jumeirah Bab Al Shams Desert Resort after his second round in Dubai. Above, is a fantastic image that has been forwarded to me illustrating just how much Tom enjoyed himself in Dubai and took in the sights, even down to riding a camel.
