Vilamoura

Vilamoura in the Algarve is firmly established as one of Europe's elite golf holiday destinations with a variety of four different golf courses catering for different standards of play.

San Lorenzo Golf Course

San Lorenzo is 3 miles SE of Vilamoura and sits in the Ria Formosa nature reserve. This has long been considered by many people to be Portugal's finest golf course.

Vale do Lobo Resort

Vale do Lobo is home to two fantastic golf courses. The Royal golf course is on a cliff-top and the Oceanico golf course runs alongside a nature reserve, before winding down to the shoreline.

Vila Sol Algarve

Vila Sol has three nine-hole loops which were the first in Portugal to be designed by the renowned architect, Donald Steel. This golf complex is located in some 150 hectares of beautiful landscape, set amid the abundant fauna, animal and plant life, including striking fig and almond trees.

Quinta da Marinha

Quinta da Marinha is situated 19 miles West of central Lisbon. This was designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior, and is widely regarded to be one of the best new golf courses in Europe, set against the astounding backdrop of the Atlantic Coast.

Marriott Praia D'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort

Praia D'El Rey is located 54 miles North of Lisbon. This layout is set in an extensive estate of pine forests and undulating dunes, with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Berlenga Islands.
