Ian Brotherston wins 2011 French Senior Amateur Iinternational Golf Championship

+2 handicap Ian Brotherston of Dumfries and County Golf Club, one of Scotland's leading senior amateur golfers, has won the 2011 French Senior Amateur Iinternational Golf Championship.
Brotherston recorded victory by four shots at Golf Club de Granville, La Baule with rounds of 71, 74 and 76 for 221.
The Scotsman, finished four shots clear of joint runners-up, Jean-Max Megroz of France (74-75-76) and England's Robert Messervy (73-75-77).

Interested in International Senior golf. Have played in three U.S.Senior opens, and semi-finalist twice in the U.S. Senior amateur. That was a while ago, but interested in traveling to play in tournaments next year.
