Middlesex Golfer Alan Glynn finishes in top-10 at MUSF Invitational Mens College Golf Event

Alan Glynn from Middlesex, a golf scholarship student at Xavier University, Cincinnati, USA, posted rounds of 72, 68 and 73 for a three-under-par aggregate score of 213 to finish tied 8th at the MUSF Invitational Mens College Golf Tournament at the 7,153 yard Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club, Dade City, Florida.
Xavier University Mens Golf Team-mate Kieran Lovelock from Surrey finished in a tie for 36th place on +3, 219 with golf scores of 74, 71 and 74.
Chelmsford's Jack Hiluta of South Alabama finished joint 41st on 222 with golf scores of 75, 72 and 75.
Hampshire's Tom Robson, a freshman student at Jacksonville State University, finished T55 on +8, 224 with golf scores of 74, 75 and 75.
Robson'sa team-mate Michael Watson, from Elgin in Scotland finished in tied 112th position with a total of +21, 237, with rounds of 82, 78 and 77.
Matt Stauch of Florida Southern College won the leading individual medallist honours by five shots with rounds of 68, 65 and 71 for a 12-under-par total of 204.
Florida Southern College, Middle Tennessee State and University of North Florida were the top three teams.
