Olivia Jordan Higgins, Channel Islands finishes T4 at Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate Womens Golf Event

Olivia Jordan Higgins of the Channel Islands, a golf scholarship student at Charleston Southern University, finished T4 from a ladies golf field of 75 players at the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate tournament over the Forest Hills Golf Club course (par 72, 5878yd) at Augusta, Georgia.

Higgins carded rounds of 77, 72 and 75 for a total of 224 in difficult conditions to finish 5 strokes behind the winner, Spaniard Aruka Felgueroso of Coastal Carolina University. The

Madrid Lady Golfer posted scores of 74, 77 and a sparkling final round of 68 for a total of +3, 219 and a four-stroke margin of victory over her nearest rival.

Aylesbury's Clara Leathers of Middle Tennessee State University posted scores of 78, 77 and 77 for a total of 232 and joint 16th place.

Coastal Carolina (891) won the ladies golf team title by 15 shots from Augusta State University (906) from a field of 14 ladies golf teams.
