52 year-old Randy Haag of Burlingame has a one-shot advantage after the first round of the 20th annual Stocker Cup at the Preserve Golf Club. Haag carded a bogey at the final hole for a round of 68.

27 year-old Anthony Barrera of the Ranch Club, San Jose is one stroke behind Haag.
Jeff Wilson of Fairfield, a three-time U.S. Amateur medalist, is three strokes adrift of the leader. The Green Valley member is tied for third place with Jason Pridmore of Ventura.
Two-time defending champion Kevin Marsh of Henderson, Nevada, carded an even-par 72, and is four shots back.
David Nelson of Reno and Doug Pool of Las Vegas, share the lead in the Tatum Cup, for "A" golfers aged 55 and older. Nelson and
Pool carded even-par 72s.
Russ Newman of Fargo, ND, recorded the golf shots of the day, holing out twice from over 100 yards for two eagles at par 4's in a round of 73.
The 108-player field (54 "A" and 54 "B" players) is the largest in tournament history.
